“We had a great experience during our recent 3-day golf trip at Garland. The cost per player was very reasonable. From start to finish, everything was outstanding. The courses were in excellent shape and so much fun to play. The 2 person Villas worked out great for our group. What really stood out was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had a fantastic time and are making arrangements to return next year with a larger group.”

“Tiffany and crew on the service side treat us so well. Golf course is pure, can be difficult, but that’s a you thing. We come here with 32-40 man group on annual and they take good care of us. As good as we’ve had anywhere. The accommodations are adequate for our needs. The food is awesome and I want to compliment the entire staff for all of their efforts!! We will be back!”

“How awesome is Garland Golf Resort? I brought a party of 8 for a spring fellas golf getaway.... It started with perfect communication from Andrew who helped us cater perfectly our tee times and course selections on the front end of planning. Before we arrived I was sent our itinerary, with easy to follow instructions upon arrival. Upon Arrival we had time to kill so we went to the Cabana Bar where Eryk served us up killer cocktails, perfectly made! Shane Riley, director or golf, greeted us passing by the bar and we told him about our excitement to play new courses. He gave us a rundown and some pro tips about how to maximize our fun! We weren't planning to play The Sawyer short course, Shane insisted! Thank goodness, what an awesome treat that was, easily one of the best short-courses I've played nationally. The courses were in great shape, especially for how much rain they had prior to arrival. Highly suggest the golf cottages as well, easily slept 4 guys in two BR's. Great common area. (pro-tip: you can order pizza and food delivery from Antler's and have delivered to your golf cottages after a long day.). Let's talk about Antler's pub and grill for a second... Food is outstanding! Drinks are strong and perfectly made. WOW.... I would strongly recommend the BLT Pita and if you're really hungry thier "Beast"-loaf entree. Chloe in the proshop - Amazing. Dave D. head pro - always willing the help and super good guy! Lets not forget Scott and Eddie who started us, gave us great insight on the courses we were playing and told us where to avoid, etc. Overall Phenomenal experience at Garland, the staff might be the most friendly we've ever encountered on our trips and the courses and lodging we 10/10! One last thing...Way cheaper than other golf resorts in their area. Thanks to Shane Riley and everyone at Garland - we WILL be back maybe as early as this fall for a Ryder Cup! Cheers and I hope everyone chooses Garland so they can see what all this gushing is about.”

“I would have given this place a 5 star. Unfortunately we played the fountain and discovered there were no bathrooms available for women throughout the entire course. And we were upcharged $25 to play there. The hotel staff was excellent but the golfing staff were could not compensate my group $25 for non existent bathrooms on August 11, 2025.”

“We had an absolute blast at Garland playing all the courses including the Sawyer (par 3) Shane went above and beyond to make sure we would have a great experience and he definitely achieved that! Shane and his staff took great care of us and we will definitely be back! All the courses were in great shape and offered unique challenges to each course. The greens were pristine! If you're planning on booking a trip with some friends to Garland I would definitely recommend playing the Sawyer at least once! Between rounds, before or after dinner, anytime you can! It is right there by the clubhouse and in amazing shape! Grab some drinks and a couple clubs, you will have a great time!”

“Booked Garland for a guys golf trip this past weekend, and the staff there were incredible. This place is a true golf resort! The security guard at night Roach was really nice to us! He even started singing the Canadian national anthem when we told him we were from Canada. The courses were also in great shape and will definitely challenge any golfer at any level. We will definitely have to come back again!”
